Swivel tub chair

In the spring I raved about the textiles and wallcoverings I scored at the Brunschwig & Fils warehouse sale located in White Plains, NY. I had this pinwheel velvet textile transformed into a swivel tub chair for our living room, and just took delivery of it this week! Creating a piece of furniture out of textile I scored for a "song" is sheer happiness! Now, I'm on the hunt for a simple, yet striking side table to compliment the space.

"Capturing game" at a warehouse sale is one way to add high quality textiles to your home's interior. Happy Friday!

Lisa, I love, love this fabric, what a perfect addition to your room. Everytime I see that stunning sideboard with the red lamps I sigh, so lovely and almost unexpected. I bet you're very happy with how this room is turning out, I know I would be!! I did a fun post on rugs today, great sale prices and some fun patterns, Happy weekend,Kathysue

Your room should be in a magazine! I can't remember -did you add the trim to the chair yourself? I love it! Have a great weekend! xo

How about a garden stool in the same glaze as the Chinese Fo Dogs?

Kathysue,
Thanks so much for your comments. The lamps are a deep, rich pumpkin orange (not red...my photography skills are not the best.)

Debby,
I had the chair custom made. I did not add the trim myself, but I did add it to my sofa and loveseat (it was so easy!)

Dovecote Decor,
Funny you mention garden stool, as I have a white garden stool that was sitting right next to it...but, I've been eyeing a piece from Arteriors Home!

Style Attic,
Thank you!
